I’m back! Classic old-school blogging behavior - one post and then nothing for 4 months.

What went on during the gap? A couple short trips to Pennsylvania and the UP in June and July, and an extended trip to the UP in August. In between, my focus shifted from roasting, hence the radio silence.

Needless to say my inventory page was stale. It has been updated, to include the Peruvian beans I roasted today, and my remaining greens, from Java and Kenya. I will do roasts of one or both of these this week, and post an update.
